Shipping policy

The shipping policy of Pandacraftstudio is designed for customer convenience. Our manufacturing lead times typically range from 2 to 4 working days from the order date for customized products. In rare cases, some orders may take up to 3-4 additional days for dispatch. Delivery times vary from 3 to 7 days, depending on the area’s pin code. All our products are shipped via trusted and insured courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery. We prioritize quality over quantity and offer significantly lower shipping rates compared to other companies. If you have purchased multiple products in a single transaction, we will consolidate them into one shipment. (In such cases, the delivery will occur once all items are ready for dispatch.) If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a note for you to arrange a re-delivery or to pick up the parcel from their designated location. Please note that Pandacraftstudio is not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances on the part of the courier company or if the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery.
